There was no follow through.

Cecil did a very thorough bid before we chose him as a contractor, so there were no surprises. He offered quite a few suggestions in the way the remodel was to be designed that proved to make the kitchen much more functional. Any increases were things we changed / added. Cecil made frequent trips to our home to check on progress of the various subs and kept in contact with us regarding any changes in the original schedule he had given us. Excellent workmen. Person who put in the kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash and wood floor was a very meticulous craftsman, Did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. He created a barrier between the work area and the living room where we stored our furniture which almost eliminated construction "dust." When the work was almost finished, Cecil made a detailed inspection and created a several page "punch list" of details (mostly very minor) that were corrected before he declared the job finished. Remodel did take several weeks longer than originally planned, but we made some changes that required rescheduling. Only problem that we have found since the remodel was completed was one undercounter light that quit working. Was quickly replaced. I love the kitchen.

I had a solar water heater installed and the contractor in Arizona found somebody who installed here. The guy was great and very helpful. I paid the energy company that sold me the solar water heater. He was very professional and explained things. He did a great job.

Cecil did an excellent job for me. His work is professional, quality, and thorough. He has lots of experience which showed in the quality of the work. The cabinet was altered very professionally and much over the quality I expected. The fixes to the venting has totally altered the interior climate of my home - much to the good. He worked with me to identify the products to use as I had done some research beforehand. He explained what he planned to do and we agreed. In the areas he worked, he brought the situation up to code. Plus, his kind and calm demeanor was welcome and I felt safe to have him in my home. I would call on him again without reservation.

It didn't go too good. They were here May 13th of last year through July. The cost of the project came to about $15000. We never got an estimate of the work before they started. They just went ahead and began the work without us getting an estimate. I was a little bit shocked when I researched him on Google I found that he was a big contractor in the state of Oregon.

Excellent quality and work ethic. Professional, thoughtful, expertise in mold remediation and methods of healthy home construction.

What stood out to me was the breadth of knowledge that he had. I felt that he was upfront and honest with me. He worked with lot of integrity and long hours with me to come up with a plan. I thought he was innovative, imaginative and a very pleasant person to work with. Pricing wasn’t just where I needed it to be.
