From my initial tour to my first senior class, I have had a very positive experience. The staff are very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The indoor and outdoor pools are clean, and well maintained. The locker rooms are in need of a remodel, but they are clean. There are multiple classes that members can take for no additional charge, and they are offered at a variety of times. Can't wait for summer when we can use the water park again.

I am a member there. They are a full family run health care sports. They have basketball. They have racket ball. They have a lot of adult activities as well as children activities. They have a water park. They have a lot to offer for me and my family. We like the sports element of it. They have great personal trainers and a great staff too. It is the best club I have ever been involved with. The get an A+. It is the best facility I have ever been in. We will continue to use them.

They have a very good program for seniors. I think that their scheduled classes are good and they have added a combined walk with dogs a couple of days a week. I think they do good by senior citizens.

Signing up at Cascade Athletic Club was really easy and the tour guide was nice, but we just never went back. We keep saying we're going, we have one free day a week but that's the day we sleep in. I like Cascade Athletic Club so far so I would give them an A overall.
