I love them. They were professional, clean, timely, had good knowledge and been in business for quite a while and great staff. They were just awesome.

Elmer and his crew are the greatest! My studio has a linoleum tile floor that gleams like brand new when the guys are thru. Awesome work ethic from this former Marine! Beware, he's really good, so he's really booked. Don't wait until the day before to call...plan ahead, he's worth it!

They are always excellent. They are professional and responsive to my requests. They are also careful and fast.

Great Job. Fast and efficient. Very professional. Elmer comes to the house with a crew of little worker bees; they are in and out before you know it. Also note, they are not affraid (or lazy) to move furniture and window items to get the job done. They are pros. Have used them for the past five years and now have some of my neighbors calling them too.

We called Elmer and left a message that we wanted some carpet cleaned. He called us back in a reasonable time period.
We gave him the details and he gave us a price. It was reasonable, so we set up a time for it to be done. The fellow showed up
at the given time and did the job. It was done as he said. He spot treated the bad areas. He noted one of the spots
didn't respond too well to treatment. The rest of the carpet looked good. The fellow was friendly and did his job in a
timely manner.

They did a wonderful job, but they always do.

Quick, professional, courteous, and thorough. They moved all necessary furniture and made sure to protect the furniture when replacing it on the cleaned rugs and carpet.

They were recommended to me by a friend. They were wonderful, friendly, professional, quick and thorough. They moved the furniture when we wanted it to be moved. We did not have to do that. They came out one day and came back the next day. They were much better than the tree service we tried off Angie’s List.

They were fine and did a good job when they came in. They were quick and the windows were clean once they finished the job. They were very professional as well. I am not quite sure about the price that they charged, as I didn't pay attention to that. I would use their services in the future as well.

I called Elmer and he was happy to come up and perform the work even though the majority of his customers are in the West Hills. One of the guys said that it took all of two minutes to get here from their shop. They came the day after I called. There were four hard working guys and they moved right along through the house. We had new windows installed last year and the installer said that he cleaned all of them for us. But I couldn't get one streak off the French door. They managed to not only get that off, but told us that all of the windows had some silicone on them making them harder to clean. I had noticed that they had to do a lot of scrubbing so that was the reason. The next time they come it will go a lot faster. They cleaned all the screens and the window sills. None of the other (many) window cleaners over the years have ever done all of that. Elmer is a proud veteran and related well to my husband, a few war stories were related.

They are a great company. They were prompt, on time, and courteous. We've used them 3 years in a row. Although they list a Gresham address, they came out to our SW Portland home.
