David did an extremely professional job. He ended up needing to replace much more wood in the crawl space than initially anticipated but held to his original price. When re-doing the siding he checked in with me to ensure his work fit with my aesthetic goals and when unanticipated wood damage caused him to do additional work, he didn't nickel and dime me for change orders. David takes pride in his work, communicates well, and the finished product looks sharp. I look forward to seeing how the painting goes, but so far, all of his work has been excellent.
