All Phase corrected multiple errors in the prior roofing job. They gave prompt responses to my questions and finished the work on time. Didn't just put on a new layer of roofing, but evaluated the ventilation needs of my attic and placed the vents to improve air flow. Added intake and exhaust vents to bring up to code and changed the location of one set of vents to eliminate a dead air space in the attic. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

They did everything that they said they would. Thought the price was fair. Responsive to our request.

Bid was $1950. The morning it was to be done All Phase called way too early and demanded way more money; ended up costing me $2600. They did not replace all of the old rotten sheathing they should have, even though I went for lumber. Did not properly re-flash new roof at chimney. New roof leaks at chimney, and will leak with high winds at improperly-installed continuous ridge vent. All Phase' workers not only did not clean up all of their mess an haul it away as promised, they actually tried to hide some of it in my back yard instead. Phoned three days ago about leak at chimney; no one is here to fix it yet, and we have a pineapple express bearing down. Avoid these people like the plague.

Rob was quick to respond to phone calls. The work was done in a timely manner and they always cleaned up between work days. Very happy with the new roof.

All Phase did a beautiful job installing not only my windows but a new front door and storm door. As a family-owned company, everyone was very easy and enjoyable to work with, and they were very respectful and careful around both the inside and outside of my home. They have already gotten a request for bids from my next door neighbor in my condominium complex who is not only our HOA Board Treasurer, but is also a corporation Purchasing Manager.

All Phase crew was hard working , knowledgeable , and professional. They recommended some additional roof vents for my bathrooms . They cut them in and hooked them up below. Ventalation in bathrooms is better and moisture from showers is directly vented outside.

2/3rd the price of anyone else But, Light on garage left hanging, was not told. Cleanup was terrible, found half a dozen nails in the driveway, and there is still debris left. The dryer vent was not installed correctly - he forced it to go through the roof when I wanted it out the side of the house. Now the vent can't be cleaned causing a potential fire hazard. The major venting issue I pointed out was not resolved at all, even though I provided all the parts. Did not repaint sofit after install - or ask if I had paint to do so (I do,) gutters were installed over raw unpainted wood.

Can be trusted to do excellent work.

All Phase Res.Const. price quote for the resing and painting was reasonable. The main crew Matt and Eric were very attentive and did a good job with some weather delays but finished the job in a timely manner. Was impressed with their daily clean up and not leaving a mess . Would recommend All Phase Res. Const. for any siding and any other work.
