Lousy follow-up support. Mail-in rebate for $300 is unknown. Can't get them to fix the audio quality problems with phone.
Want planning to take son' car and mine...not a chance. I rather drive 350 miles to Cartoys than deal with this outfit again.

The music Shop would not give me my money back after three months of trying to get a malfunctioning car alarm to stop malfunctioning. The car would be disabled and I would be stranded many times and told by the shop staff that I just needed to be more careful about how I pushed the open button on the key fob. The car would lock itself and would not respond to the key fob and the car starter would be disabled,leaving me stranded wherever I was. The music Shop would not take responsibility for the malfunctioning cart alarm , was not able to fix the malfunction and refused to give me my money back. This was a horrible experience that lasted three months trying to get The Music Shop to fix this problem, they appeared to not care less about what problems I was having with the car due to the alarm they installed, after all they already had the money, paid in full at time of installation in the amount of $450.00.
