I was very satisfied. The new gutter looks great. On his second trip he removed the water logged parts of the roof and installed new plywood and shingles as well as flashing and the exhaust pipe covers. He also found a place where the rain gutter on the front of the house didn't meet the edge of the roof. He added more flashing to correct that problem. I think I'm ready for rainy weather if it ever arrives. He worked quickly and quietly. He showed me the deteriorated parts and described the problems and how he planned to fix them to my satisfaction before beginning work.
