The crew were very courteous and hard working. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the design and end product. Chris knew all the plants, having a nursery background, and James designed the water feature. I couldnâ t be happier with how it all turned out, and everyone that comes to my home says it looks like a park. Even the owner of the company says itâ s the best yard space theyâ ve done. Outstanding!

I have been with this company for years. Suddenly, they did not show up to take care of my lawn. When I reached out to ask why, I was told they dropped me as a customer to take commercial accounts. They gave no notice. The only way I found out was because I asked. Not a professional approach at all.

Galen came to see what I wanted, and understood me totally. He drew up the plan and gave me a quote. Justin came and did the work, rain or shine he was there getting the job done. I am very pleased.

They are awesome at what they do! They bid the job at three days, they did the job in three days and did more than expected!!! Great job!!!

If I could give this business negative stars, I would. They take care of another house in the neighborhood and see as how we had so much to take care of, we figured we would try out a landscaping company. The owner came over and walked our property, giving us a quote of $200 a month. At first, I thought that was a bit steep, but he told me that they not only do the mowing and edging, they also take care of the flower beds, bushes, and clean the gutters of leaves for year-round maintenance. A pretty good deal for $200. After getting a couple of other outrageous quotes, we decided to go with these guys. Their first visit was basically getting some things knocked into shape. They pulled a few weeds and trimmed some bushes back. We assumed that they would tackle the yard a piece at a time. Every visit after that was literally just mowing our lawn. And not JUST our lawn, but our sprinkler heads also, destroying several. During one visit, one of the employees ran the industrial lawnmower over the edge and down the hill toward the street, doing damage to some of our landscaping rock and the hedges that lined the sidewalk. After a couple of months, the weeds were everywhere, nothing had been cut back, and we were paying $200 to have someone mow our lawn. We ended up having to find someone off online just to come cut back the flowers, bushes, and remove the weeds from the beds. After several texts and phone calls with assurances that someone would be out to take care of it, nothing was done, so we canceled our service. His response was, Okay I will pass this along. Sorry you are so unhappy. Not, Let us pay for the damage. Not, I am sorry that we did not deliver on our service. But... Sorry you are so unhappy. Stellar customer service. Even after destroying our sprinkler heads and some of our bushes with their mower, the owner refused to refund a portion of what we had paid. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

ON TIME REAL GOOG WORK AND DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO

Our job entailed complete front yard redo, backyard retaining walls, and complete irrigation install. Everyone was courteous, always on time and helpful. Would be glad to give a positive recommendation. We will also have more projects at a later time.

Poor customer service. Installed sod with weeds and damaged lawn edging. Did not finish flag stone patio very uneven and left holes between the stones

Easy to work with, good communication. Hard workers, on time and always cleaned up at the end of the day. I love my new yard and I have received many positive comments from the neighbors.

Wow! Communication breakdown! Too many problems to list here. Dug up plants (4) told not too, found in trash heap. Had to dig holes to re-plant myself. Gate done poor quality, it sticks and not finished. Did not complete all projects, (fence),said it would take more money, then only gave me $200 credit. Cleanup terrible,had to clean up existing shrubs myself, kept pictures of problems., dirt and trash everywhere. They said a five day job at $4000 only for labor, two guys, worked 9-4 on 4 days with 1 hr. lunch each day and one day only 12-1:30 = 54 hrs.total (2 guys) = over $74 per hour. WOWIE! His Laborers did work hard when here but very expensive
