They did an excellent job every step of the process. Everyone was professional, courteous and thorough. I appreciate their work and I love all the improvement. They are the best ever!

Weylin is a slick salesman. He is very personable at first. He promised way more then he delivered. First of all he never showed his guys what to do and what not to do. They just showed up with confused looks on their faces. I actually wonder if any of them had ever worked on a log home. I had to insist that they sand the logs well to get the burn off. They didn’t do that well at all, which left the place looking horrible. He also only used one coat. The stain can said mandatory at least 2 coats. When I asked him to do a 2nd coat he said he only bid it for one!! He CHARGED EXTRA to do a second coat on southern side. Even then his boys missed a lot. He admitted he never checks his guys work out. I had to be the foreman and blue tape 22 areas his guys missed. They did come back and do some of the things they missed but by then I had found other areas completely missed. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. The new contractor was amazed at the shoddy work. On top of that his guys broke a statue my mom had painted a year before she died and never even copped to it. They got bleach on my front door that will cost $1200 to fix. Stay far away from this guy.

Difficult house given lot considerations. Had to be power-washed twice, scrapped, sanded, primed with two coats of back-rolled paint. Four colors used, with a lot of hand work brushing. Did not comment on punctuality or responsiveness because of delays beyond Weylin's control given forest fires, smoke, rains, freezing conditions, fog, mist, etc. We can't imagine a company being better than this one for a top-flight quality job.

Weylin did a GREAT job. Needed the work done quickly because we're moving and both of our regular painters flaked out. He has a great personality and was super prompt and responsive. Can't thank him enough!

I recently had my home painted by Superior Coatings! They did a professional job prepping and painting. All employees worked hard during their time here, were trustworthy, polite and cleaned up at the end of every day. The company owner, checked on the progress daily and was here for the final inspection and walk around. The paint job exceeded my expectations. They did such a great job that I’m having Superior Coatings paint the inside of my home too!

That took a lot longer than I expected and I think it took a lot longer than they expected.  It took them longer because I had hundreds of operates on my deck.  But even though it took longer than he estimated it to be, there was no difference in charge.  They were recommended to me.  The work is fine and looks good.  

I give them a ?B? on the overall just because of the time frame that was delayed.  

I have  used Superior Coatings before to paint the exterior of our house with great satisfaction. We definitely wanted to include them in our estimates for the shop job in hopes to use them again. Their estimate was very competitive but not the lowest. It was worth a few more dollars to use someone we had been happy with in the past. Weylin, the owner, was here on the day he said he would be and prepared the walls and ceilings by taping and masking. He was very polite and professional as he had been in the past. Weylin has that "can do" attitude we all appreciate. He primed and then finish coated in the same day with excellent results. He came back the next day and looked for anything that might need touching up. He pointed out two small areas that had overspray about the size of a slice of pie, and said he would clean it up. I told him not to concern himself with it since they would be concealed once the cabinets were installed. He cleaned up and received his payment. Weylin is the kind of professional I hope to find in all contractors I hire. I will definitely give him a call on the next paint or stain project.

Waylin (owner) was able to stay on schedule by having an employee work a Saturday so we could keep our schedule for listing our house for sale.  We supplied the paint for indoors.

next day and we were not charged for it.

We went through a lot of bidding and they were most professional and on time for the appointment. It seemed like the owner ran the show and really was on top of it. He was very managerial and his crew members were hard working. He was very communicative with me and he was very easy to work with. There were three crew members that came out and it took about 3 days complete the work. The price was a little higher than others however.

Superior Coatings showed up on time every day, and never came into our house.  They worked 8-4:30 every day, and did not take any breaks except for lunch.  This painting project went very smooth, which we appreciated.  They did an excellent job, everything looks great!  I would recommend them to anyone one else looking for painting services. 

They power washed all surfaces with mold removers and insecticides. Hand scraped any loose paint. Repaired any mistakes on the home.  Used anti peel paint and backrolled for best coverage.  Did trim paint. Their paint has a lifetime warranty and everything is absolutely amazing. I walk around and can't believe how beautiful my house looks now. They are very professional and cleaned up their mess as they went. It was such a great experience.

Started every morning and stayed until 4:30 P.M.  took a good week under very bad circumstances, fires lots of smoke.

The Eichler style of our home required days of careful masking by the painting company to cover open beams, cabinetry, built-ins, a large stone fireplace and several walls of windows and glass doors.  This company was meticulous in that regard, as well as carefully covering all furnishings, rugs and other household goods to avoid overspray or damage.  They used a high quality paint and did an excellent job, finishing with touch-ups that made the job perfection.
We would highly recommend this company, particularly for historical homes that require extreme attention to detail.

The professionalism of Superior Coatings was quite impressive. They showed up on time each day, cleaned the work areas of all debri each day before leaving, were very polite when we talked, and took time to answer any questions I had during the project. There was no slacking during the project. Weylin's men were hard at work the entire time. On Friday, they removed some of the plastic from the windows so we would be able to open them for fresh air. (Very considerate) They then recovered them on Monday when they returned. My wife and I were were astonished at how nice the decks came out, considering the poor prior condition they were in. The walls and trim are beautiful and flawless, no overspray and straight lines between trim and walls.  I told them I would inspect everything closely when they were done. I went around the house and shop two times sure I would find something that might have been missed but found absolutely nothing. I told them how hard I tried to find something for them to go back to and failed. They smiled. These are great guys with integrity and experience.  We need more contractors like Weylin Lucore in our community.  I will definitely use them again when the time comes.

Weylin came out and provided an estimate at no charge...he was on time and very knowledgeable. We arranged for him to come out and paint the interior ceiling on a large 'patch' after the drywaller had completed his work. Again he was prompt, professional, and courteous.

However, the whole 'patch' didn't look right after completion, and we had both the drywaller and the painter (Superior Coatings) come out to see how the problem could be rectified. The drywaller agreed to re-coat, which meant that it would have to be repainted. Once again, Weylin came out on time, and was extremely professional and cleaned up not only after himself, but after the drywaller as well.Needless to say, we would have Superior Coatings back to do any jobs that required a quality professional paint application.

Kudos to Weylin for quality and integrity of service.
