When I first realized I had a leak, I called my insurance (State Farm) and they gave me 2 companies to contact. This was the first and only call I made. These guys were amazing. They were polite, prompt, available 24/7 if any problems cropped up during dryout. They were extremely efficient and cleaned up any mess they made. Checked in by phone as well as in person each day. Made sure they answered any questions I might have. This was the most positive customer service I have encountered in a long time. They took a negative situation and made it a positive experience. I felt very comfortable leaving my house with them inside. I would recommend them highly!
There was no cost to me as my insurance covered them in full.
