The only negative is communications. I would prefer for them to be proactive in communicating with me rather than asking them for information.

Being from out of the area, we had no knowledge of real estate agents when we needed to sell my aunt's house. We hired Violet on the recommendation of the manager of the motel we stay at when visiting my aunt in Grants Pass. We sure got lucky. Violet made sure the sale process was easy every step of the way. She was very patient with my elderly mother when it came time to sign the many papers required to list a house for sale. She kept us informed when the house was shown. Violet was very easy to work with. Professional, prompt and personable, If we ever need any real estate services in the area again, Violet will be the first person we call.
