WE HAD GUTTERS REPLACED IN DECEMBER IN OUR RENTAL PROPERTY THE INITIAL CHARGE WAS $750.00 LATER THAT MONTH WE HAD A SNOWSTORM AND THE GUTTERS FELL DOWN. AFTER FOUR PHONE CALLS RON FINALLY CAME OUT AND TOLD US IT WOULD COST $95.00 WE HAD TO WAIT A FEW DAYS TO GO TO TOWN AND GET MORE CASH. ON JAN 26TH HE CAME BACK, DID THE WORK AND WANTED $240.00 WHEN HE WAS DONE. WE ARE AN OLDER COUPLE ON A FIXED INCOME AND I TOLD HIM IT WOULD HAVE TO COME OUT OF OUR FOOD BUDGET AND SINCE HE QUOTED ME $95.00 TWO DAYS PRIOR
WHY DID THE COST INCREASE SO MUCH. HE STATED THAT HE HAD TO PAY FOR GAS AND A HELPER BUT IN MY OPINION HE SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE HE QUOTED ME THE $95.00 MY HUSBAND WROTE HIM A CHECK BUT WE WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. BEWARE OF RAINY DAT GUTTERS.
