We called regarding a large rear projection TV that was no longer working (the image it gave was a mash up of multiple images). They were able to send out someone the same day which was nice. They called before coming out and arrived on time. They spent about 2 hours assessing and fixing the problem and although it was probably a little more than we were hoping to pay it did include a house call, parts and labor and that all added up to less than having to buy another TV so we were happy. The guys (Chris and Chris) were nice and on point.

Update: Upon further use, we realized that the picture wasn't completely fixed so we had to get them to come out again. Originally they were going to charge us for a 2nd housecall but I convinced them that it wasn't completely fixed the first time so they came out. It worked for a month or so then it completely went out again so we just don't use that TV anymore :(

Overall, I have nothing but praise for Quality Electronics--they did what they could as slowly authorized by LG USA. The experiance was very frustrating, but I really cannot imagine how or what if any (not) portion of responsibility QE should assume for that frustration. The in-office staff was responsive and professional, the tech who came out, absolutely outstanding. Did the job(s), well, quickly and very neatly.
