 + -1 moreTHEIVES!!!! Property Management Professionals are HARDLY professionals and are running an absurd scam which includes running through dozens of applicants on ONE property to collect as many application fees as possible. Then, when they lock you in they renege on the contract already agreed upon and try to steal more of your hard earned money in addition to using your personal information given upon applying. Keep up the incredible work guys!!

 + -1 moreFair. One tenant did not perform any yard maintenance as specified in the rental agreement. PMP failed to perform a on-site inspection of the house. Even upon move-out the PMP employee ignored the grossly neglected yard. The second tenant had indoor cats and a dog, in violation of the rental agreement. Minor damage was done by the dog. Oak floors were damaged. Overall, the owner is quite knowledgeable. However, most of the employees - maintenance staff and in-the-field employees - were incompetent. PMP home inspector overlooked damages. In retrospect I regret using PMP. The entire property rental experience (from an owner's standpoint) was terrible.
Description of Work: Rental property managers. PMP identified, screened, and placed three separate renters in our house. PMP said they performed credit and reference checks of all potential renters. PMP said they performed on-site inspections of the property to ensure the tenant maintains a clean, safe environment. PMP would clean and prepare the house after move-out for a new tenant.
