 + -1 moreThis was an expensive mistake that was not good for me.
Description of Work: The Michele Jueden Custom Drapery Company had some custom valances made for my kitchen. The fabric chosen was too dark for the room and; therefore, made the room dark. I have repainted the room and I am still not happy with the results. Also, the 8-foot rod given to me was old, pieced together and fell apart. She stated that she would glue it together if I would bring it in. I asked Michele if there was a guarantee or warranty, because I am not happy with the results, and she stated no. She then suggested that I place them (the valances) on Craig's List.
