Everything went fine.  The two installers were on time, friendly, and cheerful.  They worked hard and did an excellent job.
Every detail I could think of was taken care of, and they cleaned up well.  They were both good about keeping the outside doors closed, because of my indoor cats, and they seemed to enjoy our Golden Retriever.
The two iinstallers will return one more day to finish and clean up.  They have put the used carpet in pick up so we will be able to deliver it to another person....All was rolled and ready to travel.  
Our sales rep at the store in Medford was attentive, patient, and willing to show us a variety of carpets, including some "seconds" which were not as expensive.  He had them rolled out on the warehouse floor for us to see, and sent home some matching samples.  Everything was set up from the beginning and so far the follow-through has been 100% completed.

The sales person came out and measured the room gave us a quote. Then we ordered the materials it took about 2 weeks for them to get in. Then they had a contract company come and install the flooring.

Great. Gave advice on best products to use in rental unit. Reasonably priced and quality materials. Installer was very professional and did an excellent job.

They did not install it for us we had a separate company come in to install it for us. I thought the first installers, the subcontractors that Lippert suggested was astronomically overpriced. We had done our research on line and we were so unhappy with what we found on line versus what we were offered that we tried to walk away. We wanted to refer to Angies List to see if we could find other reputable installers. We ended up working with another company that Lippert did refer. We were very happy with the company that eventually did come in and their price was much more reasonable. We were very happy with their work. It was in keeping with what we found on line to be a reasonable quote. The man Kelly that we worked with at Lippert's was delightful and we really enjoyed working with him. There were several other people there that I did not enjoy working with as much. What I did not realise is that if you are going to a mega store you expect the price that they offer is the ultimate price. But in doing a research and talking to other customers it turns out if you are willing to choose the thing that you have already got envolved you can get a great deal. It is more like shopping for a used car. They will high ball the price and then you bicker. That is how this works. I had not spoken to anyone who had purchased hardwood flooring who had not done any negotiation over the price. So when we tried negotiating over the price people at Lippert's other than Kelly actually made us feel like we were committing a crime by trying to bargain for the best price. They made us this offer of coming down from $8 to $6 which was normally sold for $8 and it still comes with the great guarantee. What if we did not want the great guarantee because it is the same product but we would like the price to come down. We looked it up on line and we could buy the exact same product on line for $4. So we eventually got them to co-operate and come down somewhat on the price. Over all the man Kelly was delightful to work with. Quality wise the contractor they ended up getting for us we were very happy with and the finished product we were very happy with. Once we got the ball moving it was fine. As for professionalism they made us feel like criminals and I don't think that should have been the impression.

They were excellent. They are great to work with. Their pricing is fair. They are very attentive to what your needs are, especially in our business. We have to have special flooring because of certain trafficking that we have. They were professional the whole way. They came out measured. We have a tavern that opens from 9AM to 2AM. They worked around our schedule. They did it in two days, which was amazing. They worked from one side to the other so we did not have to be closed during the flooring installation. They are local and they know what the people around here like and they cater to the local folk. That's is what we liked. We live in a rural area and we really appreciate their personal touch. We would use them in the future. We have carpeting in the home schedule for later this year. I would recommend them highly.

Everything went smoothly. Contacted Lipperts, they sent out installer with samples to view. I chose one, purchased it, and installer returned a few days later to install. Very fast installation. Nice job.

The carpet installers arrived on time and got right to work. Apparently, there was a problem as they took a little longer than expected. The next day, I noticed a crooked line in a doorway. (That must've been where they encountered the "problem"). I called Phil and he sent the installers out to fix it to my standards. Overall, we were pleased with the product and the end result.
