They are easy to talk to and I trust them with access to my home when I'm not here. They are good with my little dog. They clean up any messes that occur with repair. Joe is a licensed electrician. There are so many good things I can't list them all.

All went perfectly. This is a father-son team and they are licensed, bonded and insured.
Dan gave an estimate two days prior to the installation which was on a Friday before Memorial Day.
They were polite, clean, neat and worked quietly and efficiently. The awning, as it was when delivered, was estimated to be 180 pounds by the UPS driver. Still the men managed the weight skillfully without injury. They installed the motorized portion, explained different features, and I've had no problem with it. Dan made a couple of trips to a hardware store for parts. He also cut up the heavy package tubing and they disposed of it for me. The garage where he worked was cleaned up afterward.
Joe is also an electrician and installed an outdoor outlet which is much safer than a long cord, plus it adds electrical access on the lower patio.
I like this company and will definitely used their services again.
