DANGEROUS!! Read this....I have been a detective for more than 35 years. I have never asked or cared what politics a subject was involved with when I was working. I needed quite a bit of plumbing work done in my home. Rick arrived on time & I got along with him very well. He had returned to my home 4 times to work [which was needed] & he was in the middle of working on the faucet which was leaking. He had been in my home3 times before. The TV was on but the sound was off. I had been watching HBO hours before but hit the mute button before he came. I have a broken cable box & it changes the channel frequently. We were standing at the kitchen sink & he looked at the TV. He started YELLING AT ME!! "What are you watching MSNBC for? Its a bunch of liberal creeps!" I was astonished. I replied, "I'm not watching anything, it was on HBO the last time I looked." He was FURIOUS! "Don't you know the FBI kidnaps people to teach them how to kill. They are training people to kill then turning them loose on the public to take our guns away. MSNBC is part of all these liars & working with the government." I said, "Do you think that's what happened in Parkland Florida with that kid?" I asked because I wanted to see how far off center this guy was. "Yes, they kidnapped him & trained him to kill." I explained I wasn't watching TV & didn't have any idea what was on that TV. If he had opened his eyes he would have seen my Ruger 9MM lying on the coffee table 10 feet from the sink. I told him no one was going to take my gun & then tried to change the subject. He was still FURIOUS. This guy has no business being in anyone's home. Imagine what he would do in your home if you HAD been watching MSNBC. What would he do if he saw a magazine he didn't like? I told him what faucet he should order & to call me when it came in. We talked about all the other work that I needed completed & I thought I got his mind off the crazy ideas he has. He said he would order the faucet & call as soon as it came in. I waited & waited. All the while the faucet is leaking & damaging the granite, leaking on the hardwood floor & leaking under the sink. After 2 weeks he still had not responded to me knowing I was waiting for him. I texted him 12 times asking him when he would get the faucet [being very nice] just in case he was embarrassed what he had done. He NEVER RESPONDED LEAVING ME WITHOUT A FAUCET. He is a RACIST, CRAZY CONSPIRACY BIGOT. Don't even think about letting him in your home!

Rick is the best plumber I've ever used. Gave me a window of time as to where he would arrive and got here within that window. Extremely knowledgeable, professionally and friendly. I stayed out of his way but looked on to see if I could learn a few things. He explained everything he was doing and why. Also, after looking at the job, he gave me suggestions as to how I could save money on the project if I did a few things. He's the only plumber I'll call from now on. .

I would, and WILL, hire him again when needed. My first impression, just talking on the phone, was how helpful and knowledgeable he was. We discussed newer faucets for hard water like mine, difference in hot water heater prices/warranties, etc. He was punctual, friendly and professional, went over how things worked, and I was definitely impressed that he charged a fair price and worked in such a manner as to make the best use of his time. I have been "gouged" by other plumbers and consider Rick to be fair and honest. He gave me a senior discount, AND he cleaned up after himself! LOL

Every time it's been great. He does not overcharge as most plumbers do in my experience. He does the job needed in a timely and professional manner. Will definitely hire again, and highly recommend him.

It went great. Rick lined up the cultured marble people and the tear out of existing shower enclosures. Couldn't have done it without his recommendations and quality work.

Ricks wife worked extremely hard in getting Rick here as quick as possible. Rick gave me instructions on how to turn the water off to the affected area until he could get here. And when he arrived, Rick outlined the problems and gave me options on the best fix. The completed work was finished professionally and the area cleaned when he finished.

Rick is a good professional that I would use again should I need to. The job was completed quickly to my (and more importantly) to my wife's satisfaction at a fair price.

I use Rick often for rental property repairs and home repairs so I thought it would be a good time to write a review.  He is always very responsive and friendly and finds a way to work around my schedule.  He is always willing to contact the tenants directly to set up an appointment at their convenience and work around their schedule.  Plumbers aren't cheap but Rick doesn't charge for unneccesary work or go-backs.  He is fast, fair and easy to work with.  He is willing to bill me for his services so I don't have to meet him on site each time.  He is a pleasure to know and a pleasure to do business with.  And he is an excellent plumber what ever the task.

Eric was fast to arrive on the scene after we called him about a leaking shower pipe. He quickly determined the issue and repaired it for us, as well as gave us advise on a few other plumbing issues that we had questions about. Overall--he's fast, professional, affordably priced, and we would use him again in a second!

Rick (Heritage Plumbing) has helped me out with a variety of (minor) plumbing issues over the years. He is always courteous, willing to give detailed information/advice, efficient and professional.



Like all plumbers, he has a set "walk-in-the-door" price, which is neither the highest nor the lowest in this area; but he is so pleasant and competent that it's a no-brainer for me. In each case, when he fixes something, it stays fixed.



He always returns my calls promptly and has generally been able to accommodate me within 24 hours.

It went well.  I have hot showers now.
I have forgotten the exact cost, but I remember being satisfied with it.
The heater I bought had a defect, and he came back at no charge just to be sure that it wasn't his fault.
I would recommend him to my neighbors.

Overall, it went amazingly well.  Rick showed up when he said he would, every time.  I'd had one plumber come out, then bring 2 others out 2 days late & try to "Big Deal" me with lots of talk about how difficult the job would be, blada blada blada.  I really don't like companies/people who try to use technical talk/terms to obfuscate :-) Rick's price was probably the same, maybe a bit less, but his solid professionalism made him a pleasure to work with.  He pointed out some of the issues, but also the ways he'd handle them, and made it seem pretty straightforward.  He got all the permits, worked with the city inspectors, came back to install appliances and sink stuff (I was getting new counter tops also) and was always on top of things.  At one point there was a glitch with the city; he took care of it promptly and efficiently.  

My late husband & I lived in this area for 6+ years and this is the first plumber we've found that has been reliable, professional, and honest.  In fact, I was happy enough with him that I immediately had him work on a rental that I own, which he handled with equal competence.  I can hardly say enough good about  him!

From our first contact till the water heater was installed, it was a smooth and pleasant transaction.  Will be happy to do business with him again in the future.

Remodeled mother's bathroom which was our first experience with Heritage plumbing. We had remodeled another bathroom and had such a horrible experience with a different plumber that we took a chance on Hertiage as he was recommended to us. Great choice from beginning to end he was fast, professional, helpful, and reasonable. When it became time to remodel the 2nd bathroom we called him back and sure enough, we got the same top notch service. So when it become time to remodel the kitchen, yup back he came and again the same high standard of service. So now we call Heritage "our plumber."
