I contacted Steve to check my heat pump because it was icing up. He came
out promptly and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.
He charged me less than quotes I had gotten from other servicemen. He
followed up with another visit to make sure the unit was functioning
properly.
I also hired Steve to install a 20kva emergency generator
for me. He acted as the general contractor and hired a subcontractor to
do the electrical. This job took several days and required Steve to make
a number of visits and spend many hours. I checked the prices of the
model generator I got online and the price he got it for me was better
than I could find on my own.
