The worst part has been his lack of responsiveness. For the first month or so, he was pretty responsive, but that has not been the case in the last couple of months. I have asked for an estimate of when the job will be completed but have received no time frame from him. After hearing nothing from him this week in response to phone messages and emails, I am now looking to hire another contractor to complete the work.
