Dinsdale Farm Redeturf

Called the order in, 3 days ahead of the requirement and went to pick it up. No one was available to help us load the sod when we went out to the field to pick it up. It was sitting in the field in rolls on a pallet. My wife and I had to stack it in our trailer roll by roll. We spent the day laying it down. We followed the steps on the Dinsdale farm website to the "T" on prepping the soil, etc. It looked ok for about 2 weeks but started to get bad spots in it. We kept fertilizing it and watering it until Winter. We let it go through the Winter to see if it would come out of it. In the Spring, it still had some bare spots that did not seem to root well, so I called Sarah Dinsdale to ask if we could get some seed to sprinkle into the bare spots. Not a big yard. It wouldn't have taken much seed. We wanted to use the same type since it was a special blend for shade. She refused to give us anything and told us to purchase the seed, that she did not feel responsible. Needless to say, I will never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone. There is no warranty or "after the sale" service from this Company. Buyer beware.
