carpet installation
+ -1 moreLIPPERT'S CARPET RECOMMENDED AND SUBCONTRACTED OUT ROB DOUGLAS TO INSTALL CERAMIC TILE IN OUR KITCHEN AND ONE BATHROOM. CARPET OUR NEW HOME AND LAY ALL FLOOR COVERINGS.
Description of Work: ROB DOUGLAS WAS A SUB FOR LIPPERT'S CARPET AND DID A HORRIBLE JOB. THE CARPET DOES NOT LAY FLAT IN FRONT OF ONE DOORWAY OF A ROOM. THE WORST WAS THE CERAMIC TILE IN THE KITCHEN WAS LOOSE ON SOME TILES AND GROUT CAME OUT IN BETWEEN TILES WITHIN ABOUT 3 MONTHS. HE AGREED TO COME BACK AND FIX LOOSE TILES AND NEVER SHOWED. LIPPERT'S DID NOT DO A THING ABOUT IT EITHER. DO NOT USE ROB DOUGLAS...HORRIBLE JOB HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK! AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIPPETT'S FOR NOT STANDING BEHIND THE PEOPLE THEY SEND OUT.
