Oh, beautifully! I dropped my car off, took a taxi home, and picked my car up earlier than scheduled. Don showed me the receiver and harness kit from the Scooter Store before installation (which we both were relunctant about at first) and put me at ease. He let me know that this receiver can haul up to, if I'm not mistaken, 300 lbs.. The Scooter I haul is about 100 lb. and the lift may be about 100 lb..He is the most respectful, courteous and professional individual I have ever met. His shop is the most immaculate I have seen in years. Organized and clean......
