Apland's Auto Body

Seem to be honest enough, but terrible customer service! I damaged the front end of my Mustang and had it taken to Apland's; after a couple of weeks, I called and was told it would be ready on Wednesday, so made arrangements for a ride to pick it up. Didn't hear from them and when I called late Wednesday afternoon was told the bumber was on back order and wouldn't be in until the following Wednesday, so my car would be ready the Friday after that. They should have called me to let me know? And again, I had to call them that Friday afternoon only to be told car WASN'T ready but would be the NEXT Wednesday morning. Frustrating! Had to call them again that Wednesday afternoon and told it would be ready about 4PM, got there and waited 1/2 hour for them to finally pull it around; then told replacement rim was wrong size so original damaged one was put back on and I would have to come back when correct replacement came in! At least they did call me (the only time they did!) when it came in, said they would make appointment for me at Advantage Tire and call me back with day/time. Nope. Waited a couple of hours and had to call them back to find out my appointment was the next day at 11:30. They had "gotten busy". Grrr. THEN.... showed up at Advantage tire the next day on time only.... Apland's hadn't sent the replacement rim over. It was "on its way"; which still caused me to miss my appointment time and I had to reschedule for later that day. And I'm not sure about the quality of work - my son thinks the bumper wasn't put on quite right - but it seems secure enough so I'll live with it -I'm NOT going back to Apland's.

Cost was more than half the value of the vehicle.

Took care of all insurance details. Gave accurate timeline and repair was like new, they even washed my vehicle. Excellent customer service!

The inner fender liner had come loose from my Corolla while my daughter was driving it from Washington, DC to Grants Pass, OR. I needed to have it replaced so she could return. Apland ordered the part and installed it promptly as soon as it arrived in their shop. Not only did they do what they said they would do, at a very fair price, but they washed the car and de-fogged the headlight lenses at no additional cost, thereby removing 3,500 miles worth of dirt and bugs and restoring the car to great shape for my daughter's trip back across the country.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they are the best, very good. I had to leave my car and they took care of it.

They are very professional. They have done an excellent job of keeping me up on the progress. They are a great shop.

The whole experience was good, We are very happy how the car now looks. They have a very clean shop and nice office- shows how they work. If you need body work or paint , check these guys out! They did a complete frame-off '57 Chevy Nomad there that was so nice it was on the cover of a magazine!, even nicer that my BMW!

They did a great job for me after a collision.  They also took the car to the Honda dealership to have engine repair completed.  They took care of a lot of things that were outside of their capabilities.  They also worked well with the insurance companies.
