Travis and his apprentice were punctual and worked efficiently. Travis offered recommendations on placement of the new lights. He replaced an existing light over the sink so all would match. We particularly enjoyed the mentoring relationship between journeyman and apprentice. The younger man expressed his good fortune to work with someone who was so respectful in his teaching.

We called Pro electric and with weekend coming up, the receptionist said likely would be a few days before technician could come out but promised to call him in the field. We got an immediate call back from the owner who offered to talk my husband through it, but hubby wasn't comfortable. He said he wasn't far away and would be right over. Arrived in 10 minutes, fixed the problem (the light had not been wired properly when installed) and also noted that our breaker box needed updated, not emergency, but when we could.

The price is where they don't get the A. They were a little bit expensive. There was a lot of work too. They pulled permits and etc. It was a full sub contracting job. I would always use them.

Excellent! Very well done; the electrician was very good at what he did; very professional, on time and efficient. We would certainly use Pro Electric again.

The electrician arrived on time, was very professional yet personable and cordial.
He explained what he was prepared to do and confirmed that it was what we wanted. He even asked for input regarding the location of the new panel and plug in for the generator.
When he finished installing the panel, he hooked up the generator and made sure it worked.
Then he walked me through the entire process of how/where to plug the cord into the generator and the service. He also clearly explained when/how to use the different options on the generator. Then he took me through the entire process of starting up the generator, using it, turning it off, and disconnecting everything again. I was so impressed.
The electrician finished in less time than anticipated which resulted in a $150 reduction from the bid amount.
Both times I called their office, the staff were very professional.
My husband saw the work, he was very happy and said and quot;Well, I think we have ourselves a new electrician.and quot;
And that's the best recommendation they could get!

We've used them ever since we moved in here. They know us by our first names by now. They do what need to do and theydon't overcharge.

They are just great; they do everything right. They are polite, clean and tidy. They do excellent quality work; I really can't say enough good things about them.

The power goes out here a lot. From storms, trees falling, cars hitting poles, you name it. When it did this time, when it came back on, there was no power in our bedroom or in the living room where the TV and stereo were. I did everything I knew to do and got no response. I called two companies and got a rude response from one and "We can't get there for at least three days." from the other one. I then called Pro Electric and the guy asked me what all I had done. He suggested one or two other things which I tried and got nothing from. He said then that he had a service truck out our way that day. We're VERY rural here. He called the truck on their radio and asked where they were and how soon they would clear. They said they were still at the other job but would clear soon. He asked them to swing by and take a look at my problem. They got to my home about 30 minutes later. It was Marvin and an apprentice. They listened to what I had to say. Actually LISTENED. Then they went straight to work. It was rainy and muddy so they came in and out the back door and put down newspaper on the floor. Very neat and considerate. I have to say, I was starting to have my doubts when, after nearly an hour, they hadn't found the problem. Finally I heard a shout and Marvin came out and said they had found the problem and please come look. In our bedroom was a metal box with a lid. He said he had been certain that was the problem. But then he went to the back porch and moved a bunch of wood and 'stuff' from the area adjacent to the big breaker box. There, I saw a little box, probably 4x4 inches. That, he said was the problem. He opened it up and showed me where the old breaker had been. Then he showed me the breaker. It was burned and blackened and fell apart in my hand. He had already put a new breaker in where that one had been. He told me that he was beginning to get a little frustrated when he finally located it. I said I would have been a LOT frustrated. They then cleaned up the mess completely and took their tools out to the truck. Marvin said the office would send a bill. I figured at LEAST $100.00 because of the time, parts, late hour and all. Was I ever surprised when the bill came for $53.00 Thank you, Pro Electric.
