As this sale/installation took place in Oct., 2014, I can't remember if it was Dan or Jeff who sold me on a Bryant/Carrier system but in any event, he was very personable, patient with my questions, efficient and professional. The price was neither highest nor lowest of several bids but as my decision was largely based on the reputation and capability of the installer, I was satisfied with the price as well as the system brand since he seemed to be very confident with its reliability. There were a few quirks with the original installation and I could tell the guys were a bit frustrated: the inside unit was a tad oversized for the closet and the original thermostat which I was told would work ultimately did not. Nonetheless, these issues were resolved on the same day. In the past two years I've had a couple of issues with the inside unit and the service technicians have been consistently helpful and courteous. The first was a relatively minor adjustment to fix a weird noise. The second again involved a noise, this time intermittent and quite loud, followed by the furnace not kicking on. Ultimately the motor on the inside unit was replaced. Again, these issues were frustrating but resolved well. My less than "A" grade is due to administrative problems. I was told the system came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty but never received that warranty. When I asked about it at the time of installation I was told they would take care of the registration required and send me the information via mail (I wasn't sure if that was email or snail mail). Of course, I forgot about it (my bad) ... but when someone says they will do something I tend to believe they will. When the second noise problem occurred, I realized I had never received a registration confirmation for the warranty and requested one. I received a link leading me to a 5-year standard parts-only warranty that had only been registered on the date of my request (2 years after-the-fact). Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I'm now out of luck due to their mistake. This is a huge problem for me as that was a major factor in deciding to go with both the system and All Seasons. Also, and of (admittedly) significantly less importance than the warranty problem, is the fact that when the motor was ordered for replacement I was told it would arrive on the following Tuesday and be installed on Wednesday. Well, on Wednesday after waiting for a couple of hours and having no one either call or arrive, I called to inquire when I might expect them to do the replacement. The gal didn't know what I was talking about (!) and I was subsequently told the motor never arrived but it "should" be in Thursday. Assuming it was a delivery delay, one would assume they should've known on Tuesday, or at the latest Wednesday, that the installation could not be accomplished on the day promised. A phone call would've been appropriate and appreciated.

good price on traine system , came when they said, appeared a little inexperienced but found out this is a new brand for them. as a retired remodeling contractor i'm a little critical. they left a pile of roofing nails in yard, one of the first 4 welds fof the copper pipes leaked and was redone, and they took 10 lb of copper pipe from the old system i said i wished to recycle. (i got it back) .bottom line i have a quiet system for a good price which i'm comfident they will stand behind.

extremely well. It is quieter than I expected and I am hopeful that the electricity savings from more current technology will show up in my next bill. This company is well worth working with.

When more problems happened two days later, they came out and fixed those too and charged me nothing more. Very happy with their service.
