They did a good job. The fridge is running better than it ever has. It is really quiet, nice and cold. They ordered a part which was not right, then they had to re-order it.

Wow it took a long time, we had to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes and it still makes the racket it made before but only on the extended wash and spin cycle. Still waiting for a resolution to that. Resolution is not what I expected, took a long time to get it working and it still seems to have an issue. So......see above for whole story.
