Action Door

Our garage door would not go down. We noticed the cables off and called Action door for repair. When Myles got here we found out the spring was actually broken. Myles went all the way back to the shop in Grants Pass to get the spring we needed (we live in Merlin) and came back to install it for us. This was all after 5:00 at night! Not only did he fix the door he checked our other garage doors and lubricated them for us before leaving. I asked him questions about getting new doors and he answered honestly and did not pressure me or try to sell me anything. Friendly, professional service! I highly recommend them.

It all went as planned.
They were there when they would be there.
First they removed the old door and hardware
Then they installed the hardware for the new door, installed the new door panels and adjusted it so every thing worked perfectly.
He came back and readjusted the springs when I had an issue with the door opening, called them and he was there in a just a few hours, adjusted the spring and the issue was take care of(The door we chose came with a lifetime warranty).
They were prompt, very courteous and cleaned  before they left.
They did a great job and I would recommend to anyone looking for garage door work.

Action doors was teriffic. We had one of our garage doors that was sticking and out of alignment. They were able to get the door aligned and get it working as well as give us some tips on how to keep it maintained!! Great people

Railing on garage door was bent and he had to remove a section and replaced it.

We had a great experience with Action Door. Our cluncky loud door was fixed within an hour and is working great. He lubed the wheels of both doors even though we just mentioned the loud one. He was very efficient and helpful and mentioned that it is good to have the doors serviced yearly (which I did not know as a first time home owner). We will be calling them next year to service the doors and keep them working properly.

We called with a broken garage opener this morning and he was able to fit in a visit the same day which was great. The window he gave us that morning for when he would call us and come by in the afternoon was spot on. He was very courteous and identified the problem fast and fixed it right up. He also oiled our garage door wheels and checked the springs and whatnot. We would definitely use this company again.
