During the inspection, he also identified areas with fungus/mold from previous water damage and suggested a treatment for that which could be done when they returned. Two weeks later, another gentleman came out to do that and seal the openings. He was also on time, courteous and professional.
We have not had a problem with mice since then.

As far as the squirrel part of it went, he opened up the crawl space door and threw in some rodent bait. I was a little disappointed for the fact that the squirrel had been entering at the opposite end of the house. I did hear the squirrel one more time about a week later but haven't heard him since so I'll have to see if it was a permanent fix. All in all I'm fairly happy with my experience but do have to say that I was promised a little more than I received on the squirrel problem such as a smaller exterminator would be sent, (my exterminator was not small), that would crawl to the other end of the house to place the bait and to see if there was an entry hole, locate where the squirrel had been gnawing, plug the entry hole, a free return visit to see if the problem had been resolved, etc. None of that happened.
