The new patio and sidewalk were done very well. No complaints at all. All of our complaints came from the repair of the old patio. The job was to fill the cracks and stain the patio. The materials used to fill the cracks seemed to be good and the process was well done. The BIG problems came with the staining and sealing process. When they and quot;sealedand quot; the patio they used a product that they obviously had no experience with. It had a terrible toxic smell. The smell was so bad I thought that it would give us brain damage. The smell came into the home and we had to leave our family room for hours before the smell went away. The product did not dry well and stayed sticky for days. The biggest problem was that the sealer had a reaction with the material that they used to fill in the cracks. The result was a and quot;bubbling, sticky, messand quot; that refused to dry in all of the cracks that they filled. When we had Rod back out to see what could be done, all he wanted to do was make jokes about the mess and say that the patio was old and he could not help us any further. In short, he would do nothing to remedy the problem and he would not stand by his work. It has been almost a month now, and we still have a sticky mess logged in all of the cracks. I have no idea what we are going to do.

They did a very good job and cleaned up after the concrete was poured. They took extra steps to make sure landscaping was not damaged and the concrete supplier did not make a mess in front of our house. My neighbor was so impressed with the work, he asked Rod to pour him a new driveway too. I have a feeling this company is in heavy demand so be patient.
