We walked in and are greeted imediatly asked if they could help us we said what we're doing there and they took us straight to the lumber and trim section and was able to answer all our questions without going back to the computer, then we decided on some trim we had been looking at. Went back to the counter where they were able to pull up the correct item on the computer and was able to give us a less expensive price, like an online coupon, they loaded it up and we were on our way home.
