Nick met our expected complletion date. Things later needing repair or adjustment were minor and dealt with in a timely manner.  As a result, our home was selected for the annual "Showcase of Homes."  Most people who are experts in the field extimate that our home cost more than it actually did to construct.  In short, Nick provided our  retirement  dreamm home in the manner that we hoped.  We have referred him to otherrs and would be ready to do so in the future.  For either neww construction or remodels, Nick Kennaday is the absolute best in the Roseburg, Oregon area.  Be aware, though, that he only builds a few homes a year, and generally is  sought after by those who  are  familiar with hiwork.
