They were really really nice.  They did a great job.  We had some communication issues partly a little bit my fault also.  It turned out fine and they made it all right and they did a really nice job but it probably wasn't quite what I would have expected for the other companies.  Still did a good job, I'm not complaining,  It's just we had some little snafoo's here and there.

Very well. The two young men that came were very professional, courteous, they cleaned up and were very careful the whole time they were here.

We installed laminate floors 2 years ago in nearly every room of our 1650 square foot single story home and never got around to installing the baseboards we purchased and painted. We found William Cady Construction on this site and the reviews were positive so we met with Bill to discuss the project. Bill gave us an estimate, told us what to expect and we shook hands on the deal. Bill kept his word every step of the way because the workers were on time and worked quickly and efficiently with little disruption to our home. Bill checked in on their work, inspected the site and talked with us about how we thought things were going. The workers even took the initiative and offered to do the laundry room with leftover material, which we hadn't included in our earlier discussion. The quality of the work was superior and we can?t believe the difference this has made to the appearance of our flooring and home. This was probably a small project compared to most "remodeling" jobs, but we have confidence they are experienced in both small and large jobs. In fact, we were so impressed with the work and how easy it was to work with them, we kept asking about some of the other projects on our list for next year. If you're looking for a no-nonsense, professional and quality business that delivers on it's promises, William Cady Construction will not disappoint. Our dog Bella liked him too. :)

I contacted Cady Construction to get help fixing a leak in my roof.  Bill answered the phone and stopped by later the same day to see if he could diagnose and fix my problem.  He thoroughly examined the leaking areas and told me he and his team would work to find the source of the leak.  We agreed upon a dollar amount we were both comfortable with to diagnose the problem.  His team came out the next day and were able to quickly find the problem and begin the repair.  I was impressed with the professionalism and communication displayed by all members of Bill's team.  I was kept apprised of the progress, what needed to be done, and any potential costs involved.  
Every time I was told when to expect their return, they showed up on time, and cleaned up after their work.  Bill wanted to be thorough so we kept the project "open" so he could ensure the problem was truly fixed once we received more rain.  I am happy to report that the repair held tight through the rain.  No more leaks!  They will return once drier weather starts and replace a failed window as well as inspect for any mold potential that may have resulted from our leak.  I am very impressed and look forward to working with Bill and his team in the future.

It went great. We went out of town during the process. Bill came in with his crew and had a drop box delivered. He tore off the roof and in the process discovered that I needed new plywood in a few areas of the roof. My house was built in 1908 after all. He also ended up doing some cedar shake siding and also put in some sky lights and some trim board. He did everything "turn key" including the painting and roofing. There were a few "extras" to the original contract but, they were all reasonable and fully justified. I would not hesitate in recommending Bill Cady and his crew!!!!!

The work took place over the course of 2 months (during the holidays), so he was particularly attentive to minimizing the disruption, chaos and overall mess. The remodel had to be done in a very specific order, beginning with replacement of the over-the-sink windows. He made sure each step was properly completed before moving onto the next. Bill also performed a number of tasks while on-site overseeing the subcontractors. He installed a motion detector light, repaired a bathroom fan, replaced bathroom faucet washers, repaired unsightly baseboards, and did some unrelated carpentry work for me. The bottom line: Bill is trustworthy, honest, hard-working and extremely respectful. It is always a pleasure to work with him, and he is the first person I call whenever I have a home-repair-related problem or project. If he cannot perform the work himself, he has an army of impressive subcontractors who will get the job done.

Bill was on time and worked hard to finish the on schedule. He and the plumber worked well together coordinating their work on the project. In addition, he's a pleasure to work with.
