Upscale Consignment is a large warehouse showroom featuring gently used furnishings from area homes and estates, model home liquidations, manufacturer and showroom closeouts and fine jewelry. You can see a sampling of new arrivals by browsing the New Arrivals Section of the Online Showroom on the website. Quick turning inventory means each trip into the store is like a brand new shopping experience and you need to check back often.

The furniture is very nice. However, our after sales experience is less than stellar. We bought a sectional sofa and it needs to go together in the back, and when I called to ask how it was done, I was told that they had no idea. For what we paid, someone should know the basics of how things go together. We will figure it out, but this experience has left me a bit jaded. I do not expect to have my hand held but common courtesy on how you put it together in your showroom would have come in handy.
