ROBERTS FOLLOWED MY PLAN EXACTLY AS I WISHED, EXCEPT FOR WHEN HE FELT THAT I WOULD BE HAPPIER WITH MY RESULTS BY MAKING AN ADJUSTMENT. HE WAS VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON WAYS TO SAVE MONEY OR DO THINGS IN A MANNER THAT WOULD GIVE ME THE EFFECT I WANTED WITHOUT COSTING MORE THAN NECESSARY. I SUPPLIED THE SLATE, MARBLE AND TILE AND HE SUPPLIED EVERYTHING ELSE, IE THE BACKERBOARD, THE WATERPROOFING, ETC. AT THE END OF EACH DAY'S WORK, HE LEFT HIS MATERIALS NEATLY STORED AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP HIS WORK AREA. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF HIS PROGRESS AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
