 + -1 moreROBERTS FOLLOWED MY PLAN EXACTLY AS I WISHED, EXCEPT FOR WHEN HE FELT THAT I WOULD BE HAPPIER WITH MY RESULTS BY MAKING AN ADJUSTMENT. HE WAS VERY WILLING TO WORK WITH ME ON WAYS TO SAVE MONEY OR DO THINGS IN A MANNER THAT WOULD GIVE ME THE EFFECT I WANTED WITHOUT COSTING MORE THAN NECESSARY. I SUPPLIED THE SLATE, MARBLE AND TILE AND HE SUPPLIED EVERYTHING ELSE, IE THE BACKERBOARD, THE WATERPROOFING, ETC. AT THE END OF EACH DAY'S WORK, HE LEFT HIS MATERIALS NEATLY STORED AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP HIS WORK AREA. HE KEPT ME INFORMED OF HIS PROGRESS AND DID THE JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.
Description of Work: PRICE INCLUDES CEMENT, WONDERBOARD, WATERPROOFING, SEALANT, CAULKING. WORK WAS WALK-IN SHOWER, BATHROOM FLOOR, LAUNDRY ROOM FLOOR AND UTILITY ROOM FLOOR. WE HAD ANOTHER CONTRACTOR ROUGH-IN A NEW CUSTOM WALK-IN SHOWER AND ROBERTS INSTALLED WONDER-BOARD, WATERPROOFING AND DID THE STONE WORK. HE LAID 3 SQUARE SLATE ON THE FLOOR, MARBLE ENTRANCE, TRIM, LEDGE AND CUSTOM SHOWER CADDY AND CUSTOM MARBLE TRIM WITHIN THE SHOWER ITSELF. THE SHOWER WALLS ARE TERRA COTTA CERAMIC. HE ALSO TILED A PARTITION DIVIDING THE SHOWER FROM THE STOOL. HE DID CUSTOM WORK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHOWER ENTRANCE AND ALSO LAID CERAMIC TILE ON THE FLOOR OF THIS BATHROOM, PLUS THE ADJOINING LAUNDRY ROOM AND NEIGHBORING UTILITY ROOM.
