This is the second time Joe has helped us out of a jam with our system.  We are covered by AHS Warranty (which I would not recommend to anyone) and when we have an issue they have now twice sent out a contractor that has improperly diagnosed our problem.  We have called Joe in both instances to get his opinion, and while the warranty won't cover it, he has properly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  Joe really thinks about the issue exploring all of the possible causes.  And then finds the most cost effective and efficient solution.  I can't say enough good things about Joe and Rainbow Heating.  They are our go-to from now on without question.

Company has considerable experience with oil fired boilers and all components of hydronic heating systems.
Repair was done within time allotted and we have had no problems with the system since.

It should also be said that Joe/Rainbow Heating was one of five bids that I got before we hired him.  While everyone we received bids from were nice and professional, Joe really stood out in his concern for us understanding what was to be done, and was flexible with the approaches we could take.  He was always easy to get a hold of, always showed up on time or even slightly early, was always incredibly friendly and polite, and was a total charmer with our little 2-year old (him having 2 daughters himself).

I called and got an appointment within 4 days. Joe Grogan arrived on time and completed the work within an hour. He took things apart, cleaned them all throughly, vacumned up and dusted off the entire boiler. Very tidy. Very glad to explain what he was doing. He offered to answer any questions and to adjust any radiator that I felt needed adjustments. He is a pleasant person that you feel quite comfortable having into your home.

They are a smaller company, boiler specialist. They are fantastic.
