The arriving technician was cordial in dealing with me. In this period of the pandemic, he observed health protocols diligently. However, he was not as knowledgeable as he should have been regarding the subject of toilets. Cutting to the short of it, after charging me the $230 for the service call of using the 6-foot toilet snake and not addressing the performance of the toilet, I found the problem inside the reservoir tank, which he had examined. He seemed more intent on selling me a new toilet installation than he did at providing a fix.

Adam was safe, courteous and fixed an undersink blockage for us. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself, explaining everything he was doing and why. He also cleaned 2 outside gutter drains and diagnosed 2 others that had breakages or collapses. We would recommend him highly. We live in Beaverton, OR.
