I went to their website and looked and compared. Then we went to their store where we were met by the store manager. We asked questions and 'tested' the bed and then sealed the deal. NO high pressure tactics. Very simple and straight forward business deal. Just as I like it.

We started having some problems with the latex this year and I contacted the owner and Greg. Our mattress was out of warranty, but Greg was willing to come and pic up our mattress and repair or replace it. They know a lot about mattresses and now they even build them. We set a date and they came and took the mattress to their shop and completely repaired it and even put a new cover on it and brought it back latter that day. They could have charged me but they didn't. You don't find customer service like that anymore. I learned of them from a friend and I have sent over several other friends who have also had good experiences with them. If you need a mattress I recommend them. They value their customers. AAAAA+
