The service went terrific. One plumber named Jesse Taylor came out and completed the job in 1 hour. He was very responsive and showed up on time. He even came out on a Saturday for the job. He was also honest and did great work. I had no problem contacting the company and scheduling the service.

Went well. Good service, good attitude, good job.

Some difficulty in original contract and responses around holidays. Came on time. Excellent price on time basis. We provided faucets. Installation appeared smooth but kitchen faucet clogged after one month. Contacted installer. He said he would get back to us and never did. We did not continue to call him.

Jessie did a fantastic job especially working around my schedule. I would strongly recommend him. I'm planning to use Knight on another bathroom and a laundry room in the next year.

We have used Knight plumbing several times and always appreciated how quickly they responded to our needs. We have reccommended Knight plumbing to several of our friends and business associates and they have responded back to us with thank you for the reccommendation.

Our old hot water heater was leaking into the crawl space. The owner climbed into the crawl space to assess damage, pumped out all the water and replaced the old water heater. He strapped down the new water heater in compliance with code and put in a drip pan that would signal if ever there was a leak. He explained how the new system worked.
On the same day, he replaced one toilet and fixed a bathroom drain and put in new washers.
He had one assistant. The work was done quickly. I feel the cost was reasonable.

Jesse was extremely prompt and receptive for the estimate. Once we were able to come up with an ideal time for the job to start, Jesse did a great job communicating with me on any issues or problems. I especiallyl iked how he infomred me when he was going to get some lunch, and when he would be back. He finished exacly at the time planned and the work seems to be perfect.

Plumber arrived. Reviewed work. Obtained parts and completed work in short order. He did the work quickly and thoroughly. We are quite pleased.

I contact Knight Plumbing and left a message. Jesse (the owner) followed up within an hour to answer my questions and schedule an appointment for an estimate. He was clear on what he could provide and when he could provide it.
On the scheduled day (only 2 business days away) we met and discussed the work. I told him what I was looking to have once finished and he provided a fair estimate. He began working immediately. Due to the timing of our start he could not finish same day but was prompt in arriving the next day to finish what he started. He answered every question i had prior to and during the work. When he was finished he cleaned up the entire work area and provided appropriate paperwork for billing.
When he left I felt satisfied that my needs were met and he encouraged me to call if i had any questions about anything. I'm a pretty happy camper now.

Jesse was great to work with. He was punctual and pleasant to work with and returned phone calls quickly. My only beef with the way he runs his business is being charged for his fuel for his van. It feels a little nickle/dimey to me and should be figured into his overall overhead and be figured into his rates.

I needed a new water service from the meter to my house. Called Jesse, and he arrived on time for an estimate gave me a quote(1and quot; PEX to the house should be good for many many years) and we went ahead. Everything was prompt, the quality is fantastic, and I could not be happier.

Jesse came on the day and time arranged. He fixed the problem efficiently and the price was reasonable. He is clean, friendly and knowledgeable. His business must be going well because it was five days before he was able to come out. Because I had used him before and felt good about his work, I decided he was worth the wait.

Jesse, the owner of Knight Plumbing, responded promptly to my phone call and performed the work. We discussed different approaches for making the connection including one that was cheapest and was what we ultimately agreed made most sense. Jesse completed the work promptly and kept the work area clean. He was also able to give some advice and input on other house plumbing projects that I am planning on undertaking.

Jesse and his assistant from Nelson Plumbing arrived on time and completed the work in a punctual manner for the agreed-upon price. Much of the work was done in a very small, cramped crawlspace beneath our 1895 farmhouse; this certainly was not an easy job. Jesse's work was very clean and professional appearing, and he was careful to not remove unnecessary framing material. Garage was left as clean as when they arrived. Our only (minor) complaint is that there was a substantial amount of rust and dirt left in basement and basement stairway - probably just an oversight at the end of a long day. Price was fair, only slightly higher than other bids.

Jesse was helpful, honest, gave good information and did exactly what he said he would in the time he said it would take.

Jesse was professional and honest. He came over to fix an old dripping faucet and determined the best fix was updating the faucet. He didn't charge me for the visit and and came back to install the faucet and even fixed a clogged drain. He's great!
