Steve was quick to respond to my bid request and was able to do the job within days. He did a great job installing our outdoor garage fixtures. We would definitely have him back as other projects come up around our home.

I read the long "3.5 star" review and I do not doubt there was an issue. I can only speak to my experience with Steve: very cost effective, efficient, high quality. The work was some substantial repair of sheet rock, baseboard work and painting. He had to work around another contractor but had no issues even though this cost him (but not me) time. Nice guy to boot. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I am not one to typically write reviews but I was pretty disappointed in this service. I will say Steve was a very nice guy and the work he did do looked good but there were many things we felt were not professionally done. Steve said it was to hard to figure out individual project prices so he gave us an hourly cost. Which we were fine with based on how he explanied things. At consult he had told us that he was efficient, and knew how to complete the projects we gave him. We felt he was not honest with us. He was no where near as efficient as he claimed to be, did not manage his time well, came very unorganized and left without completing the jobs. Our disposal is left un finished, our hot water pressure is not functioning properly and I felt like he had zero interest in trouble shooting. We had asked him to help with multiple projects and gave him days available and he chose to only do 2 days of work with no other communication. There was quite a lack of communication/responses from Steve. Seemed like he spent more time trying to figure out how to do the project then actually working on it which cost us in hourly time. We were never given a proper invoice or receipts for materials purchased. With all that being said we just wish he was honest with us about being able to complete the projects given. We would have been much happier if he had declined the projects then feel disappointed like this. Thanks and wish everyone the best with finding the right handyman for you!

Steve came out with minimal notice to repair gutter before rain tonight. Steve is cordial and knowledgeable - highly recommend!

Steve was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and quick. He didn’t make me feel dumb, even for the simplest of jobs like replacing a smoke detector. He’s great and I’ll definately call again when I need handyman!!!

The job was done on a day it was 103! With a smile and very efficiently. It took a while to hear back & set up the appointment, but once that was done, he even changed the date, so the job would be done in time to surprise my husband. I'm waiting to hear back on another project now.

Steve was available to perform our fence repair work the day following our initial conversation. He did a thorough job and his cost quote was accurate. I would hire Steve again to perform other house maintenance related repairs.

Job well done. Steve was the 1st to return my call after my initial request for the repair of a badly damaged door jam. He was very polite on the phone and in person and showed up a minute early to the agreed upon time. He quickly assessed the job, offerd his opinion for repair and immediatly got to work. The fix was finished quickly, completely and he cleaned up after himself. The price was reasonable. I have already hired him for a second job.
