Since I got no estimate nor other response from them, I would have to say it went terrible overall.

We were very pleased with the final product and installation, although the original quote did not include the utility room counter tops as we thought. This was probably our fault as the work was scheduled and done in two parts. Jacque was the office and showroom person and she was very helpful in explaining options. The installation crew was prompt & professional. We had a little trouble calling the office and getting return calls but in the end this was not a real problem.
