I was having issues with the filtering system and I found out that they really didn't know what they were doing so I took care of it myself. The bulk of the installation was great but when they sold me the air cleaner, they did not put in any filters. When I took it back showing them that it didn't work, I found out that should have put a filter on the intake which they had not. They've responded great when I've called them for different things.
