Clear communication is really important to me, along with quality of work and timeliness. Sam Andrade, owner of Dylan's Quality Roofing & Construction definitely meets these criteria. He responds in a timely manner, explains clearly what he sees and what is needed for the job, along with the the labor cost for unseen conditions, such as dry rot. Sam is thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, personable, goes the extra mile and has a sense of humor. His employees are equally courteous, conscientious and at-tentative to their work. My first experience with Dylan's Quality Roofing and Construction was last fall, when I had them do a siding and roof flashing repair around the chimney on my house. It was a very positive experience. When it appeared there must be a leak in the roof above my front door, I didn't even bother to get other bids. I already knew Sam's bid would be fair, and the work would be done very well by his employees.
