They put down new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and re-carpeted the living room, hallway and stairway. My experience with them was okay, but after I looked carefully at the work, it was floppily done and incomplete, especially in the stairway. They sales woman who arranged everything for me was very nice and punctual. The workers came on time and did the work in a timely manner, but I am not happy with the quality of work.

They were terrible. The face of the step of my shower was done incorrectly. The installer incorrectly installed my shower handle twice. I had to call a plumber and pay to have it fixed. Also, he never caulked it, which could have resulted in water damage. When an installer came to fix my tile, he broke another in the process. I've dealt with numerous unreturned phone calls and missed appointments and still haven't gotten my shower fixed.
