Hire this construction company. Good price compared to Lowe's and Rick's. On time and professionally done. Removed old fence and then replaced it with the changes we wanted. Followed through on all aspects. One mistake and they corrected it the next day. Fantastic Very easy to work with and they make payment easy because they use PayPal and Venmo. Very fast and the two gates constructed are excellent. In fact, they are starting on the foundation of my son's deck today.

Baer Construction would be the first person I would call for my next home improvement. Alan and his son were fast without sacrificing quality and were very good from a communication stand point. They came in, disposed of my old deck, but in proper framework for Trex deck and Forester aluminum railing. The finished product they built is beautiful. Thank you Baer family!

I highly recommend Baer Construction. They are very professional, do high quality work and take great pride in their work. The quote they gave me was very reasonable. I have two beautiful bathrooms and a feature wall in my bedroom. They are prompt,work hard and they are always making sure I'm happy with the work. Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
They did a wonderful job of replacing my fence and removing the rails on my porch (which had rotted). I just would have appreciated it if they cleaned up the bits of old fence (one had nails sticking out of it ) . I also fould a half-eatened apple along with the old boards.

Alan Baer and his son removed our existing gazebo and deck and replaced it with a Trex deck. Both Alan and his son were a pleasure to work with, definitely masters of their trade, friendly, professional and honest. Communication was always timely, they showed up when they said they would and kept us informed of their schedule. Our deck was beautifully trimmed and finished in less than a week. They cleaned our new deck off and left the worksite clean. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Baer construction removed and replaced 100 ft of cedar fence and did an excellent job. They also repaired an old gate I have at no extra cost to me. The job was done in two days and hauled away all the old fencing and cleaned up very well. We are happy campers.

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
We hired Baer Construction because they are a local family run business, and because they were versatile and able to complete all our projects including a new composite deck, new colored concrete, stamped concrete, new sidewalk, and even moving our hot tub. We were very pleased with Allen and his son's work. They were very accommodating and really cared about making things just as we wanted them. We highly recommend them.

Alan and his sons are the best! My fence blew down during a recent storm and I have a dog so it was crucial to get it rebuilt ASAP! They were able to do the job within a week when no one else could, and the price was so reasonable compared to the fencing companies. I now have a local builder I can trust! I have a beautiful new fence - my neighbor and I are thrilled! Don't hesitate to hire them!!!!

Mr Baer did a fantastic job expanding my front porch and replacing the steps. He even had the insight to place a pipe through the concrete so at a later date a cable could go under the stairs rather than wrap around the porch. He noticed the uneven sidewalk in front of my house and tapered the it for me. I highly recommend this company!

Arbor, Pergola or Trellis Custom Build
Allen Baer and his son came out, removed a Juliet Balcony and built and installed a Pergola in its place. They were extremely professional and efficient. They accomplished the whole project in one day and the result looks fantastic. Allen was very easy to work with and a conscientious craftsman. All I had to do was show him a picture of what I wanted and he took it from there: taking the initiative and designing the exact right thing. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants to put their job in the hands of a reliable and competent tradesman.

He worked with me to come up with a good solution for my concerns - different ground elevations and privacy screen.
