Purchased Milgard slider and screen, from Kiwi Glass and had it installed. Screen was missing 1 of 4 adjustment screws, for roller. Called Kiwi Glass to request screw. 4 days later they called and said they would need my purchase order number. I asked if they couldn't look it up by my name. They said "yes" and they would get back to me. Another week passes and they called and left message to call them. I called back and they said they were busy and would get right back to me. 5 days later I called again and was told they contacted Milgard and that Milgard accepted their "request for service" and they should hear back in 1-2 weeks. Interestingly, I called Milgard myself 4 days earlier and they shipped it same day. Love My Milgard slider, but would never do business again, with Kiwi Glass. Can you imagine the service you would get if the slider was the wrong size or was missing the screen?
