Barbara Maltman

Barbara's knowledge of real estate may be admirable but her performance is definitely lackluster. She has poor communication skills and does not articulate her knowledge very well at all. She is slow to get things done including bringing the contract to a close. She micro-manages other agents when involved in selling her listings yet she herself takes forever to get the job done. She definitely does not like to be assertive when a problem arises, doesn't recognize deadlines and appears to avoid urgency while waiting until the last minute, with a lot of prodding, to complete a task. We closed on 12/12/13 but until just recently we had not received the garage door remote and the American Home Shield information and contract.
 
Working with Barbara was frustrating and very stressful and NeighborhoodCity.com statistics reflect this under Closing Speed, just to mention one.
It's my understanding that Barbara is well liked in the community where she grew up thus has many acquaintances in the area whose help has taken her a long way. Being involved in selling/buying a home with her may produce different results.
