My sweet dad died a year and a half ago and we have been wondering what to do with his computer ever since. He used it for his work as a minister and so of course we didn't want to lose the sermons or articles he had written. On the other hand, Dad grew up before the age of computers we now live in, and was notorious for installing program after program--often downloading anything that came up as a pop up while he was using the computer. He also didn't file documents in the same place every time. Needless to say the computer was nearly unusable when we finally asked John to look at it. Within two weeks John had the computer running like it was brand new. He backed up the entire system, removed unnecessary programs, including a few viruses, downloaded new virus software, organized our files and programs, and physically cleaned the inside of the CPU. When I put the computer back together yesterday it started up and was ready to go in seconds. Before you had to turn on the computer and then go do something else while you waited for it to boot up...then you had to shut several things down and hope it didn't crash in the meantime. Everything was just where it should be. He even picked up the computer from our home and delivered it when done, and as he left he even offered to provide further support if we had any questions. John really went above and beyond what we expected, and we were absolutely shocked at how little he charged. He was the best to work with and we will be calling him again if we need anything done at all.

VERY WELL. AGAIN, IT WAS A COMPLEX JOB BECAUSE OF THE LAY OUT OF MY OFFICE AND THE VERY DIFFERENT WAY I WANTED THINGS TO WORK. HE NEVER GAVE ANY OF MY THOUGHTS A SECOND GLANCE, HE JUST FIGURED IT OUT AND DID IT. HE HAS COME BY A COUPLE OF TIMES TO ''TWEAK'' THE SYSTEM.
