THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ON TIME. HE WAS NOT AS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT CARPET-CLEANING AS I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED. HOWEVER, HE DID AN OKAY JOB FOR US, ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE.
