Quite well. Mr. Garrett is a highly skilled and experienced technician. He provides high-quality tuning (I have a Steinway B) and methodically analyzes and addresses the particular needs of the instrument. For example, recently the dampers were sticking on a few bass notes. Mr. Garrett systematically checked possible causes and determined that the sostenuto pedal needed to be adjusted. I haven't had any trouble since then, and because I am a regular customer he didn't charge me for the repair.

He gives excellent advice and is very knowledgable in his field. He has also done repairs on the action and we are part-way through a multi-stage rebuilding process. He is prompt with his communication and I really trust his opinion. As a trained classical pianist, he has helped me get the most bang for my buck out of the instrument we purchased (a tall order given my limited budget and expensive taste).
